How to Return an Item

Print the prepaid shipping label we provide and pack the items securely in their original packaging.

Eligibility Guidelines
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Sale and promotional items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
- For hygiene reasons, certain products like underwear, swimwear, and cosmetics cannot be returned unless they are defective.
